Both types use the same moulds and internal fittings, the manufacturing process is also the same and is supported by the ISO 9002 quality award. The difference is in the core material used.

The materials used are with high performance as well but finalised to last long.
The hulls are identical to the high competition boats even if the final weight are higher than Italia S model. Ideal for the rowing club. Subject to the size of the boat being build and the mould being used an Italia 2 single weighs approximately 16.0 kilogrammes. It is supplied with the standard 3 stay Aluminium riggers.
Italia S is the abbreviation for our high competition boats. Boats built with the most qualified materials that market may offer. High resistance carbon fibres, Kevlar, honeycomb, Un sandwich with high properties which guarantees higher resistances in comparison with the standard laminations. The Italia S single scull also comes complete with a fitted NK stroke coach or NK speed coach wiring.
